Weights and Resistance class is held in the weights rooms using all of our up to date equipment. A great way of burning fat which will carry on burning extra calories throughout the day and night. For every additional pound of muscle gained your body burns around 50 extra calories. The session has been strategically placed into a quiet hour within the gym so all equipment will be available at all times.
There is a limit to customers on this class per session so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
